SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped by Canada Post with insurance and signature.

 

RezaGemCollection ships all orders to the address specified at the time of purchase. RezaGemCollection accepts no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

 

The order handling period is usually 48 to 72 hours. However it may take up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. If you have any special circumstances concerning this possible delay please send us an e-mail at Rezagemcollection@gmail.com.

 

Please allow between 2 and 5 days for mail delivery within Canada and approximately 10 days outside Canada (after the parcel is shipped). Orders shipped to the US and other international locations may take longer due to customs inspections.

 

The processing & delivery time of packages might be longer during holidays and special dates. We ship to Canada, the US and other international locations. Shipping rates have been based upon Canada Post rates. To view these rates please visit Canada Post at www.canadapost.ca.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are eternally grateful for the continued support and understanding of our ever expanding crystal community. We are a small family business, owned and operated by human beings, that strive to do our very best to provide top quality products and superior customer service. 

 

Damages or Issues:

We do our best to package and ship your purchases accurately & securely so that you receive them as originally viewed on our website. Despite our best efforts, items may arrive at their destination damaged. 

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48hrs of receipt of your merchandise if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

 

If there is a return or credit authorized for your purchase, there is a $25 restocking fee charged from the price of the product and the return shipping charge is the customer's responsibility. If the shipment you receive differs from the order you placed, we may assume the shipping charges.

 

Our return policy does not cover lost items. You must return the original piece with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be prepaid and returned to the address provided by RezaGemCollection in order to be accepted. 

 

IMPORTANT: We do not authorize returns or credits based on the natural features of the stone such as inclusions, fissures, dents, marks on the surface and colour variances. Colour reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor. 

 

Custom Jewellery Returns:

You must return the jewellery piece unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit. Special order pieces or jewellery pieces that show signs of wear, been altered or re-sized are not covered by this return policy.

 

PLEASE NOTE

We are unable to process returns, exchanges or missed items that are not reported within 48 hours or that have not been returned to us, within 60 days.   

 

On occasion, we will update our policies to better serve you. Please refer to our current updated policy and do not hesitate to ask any questions, if you need further assistance.
